Founded in 1995, Wasys is a business integrator of IT (Information Technology) solutions. It implements personalized solutions using the good practices of market development, based in amply approved technologies and methodologies. Moreover, Wasys haves many strategic partnerships that aim for the software delivery and hardware products necessaries to the solution infrastructure.

• 1995 – creation of the business and starting of the service for private and public clients, as the CEFET and Brazilian Health Ministry
• 1996 – consulting and development of systems in Microsoft platform, development of e-commerce structure, integrated to the BBS dial line
• 1997 – development of financial transactions infrastructures via renpac, introduction of OS/2, NT, and Novell net infrastructures
• 1998 – strategic partnership with IBM and Lotus to the development and integration of e-business solutions
• 1999 – introduction of the first virtual shopping of the South America with IBM Net.commerce technology and many e-commerce shops integrated to credit cards via renpac
• 2000 – certification of the Wasys high management in sales, consulting, and architecture of e-business projects
• 2001 – beginning of the outsourcing activities in partnership with the IBM services unit to the Finances sector attendance
• 2002 – four IBM Best Choice prizes in the Lotus, WebSphere, and Cross categories – consolidation as the B2B solutions provider –, strategic partnership with the IBM worldwide distributor, Ingram Micro
• 2003 – launching of the SinapSys solution and creation of Linux specific research laboratory – software factory and projects for multinational and international clients with J2EE and RUP – introduction of the XP methodology to the development and project control system.
• 2004 – IBM Best Solution to the Industry prize – development of digital inclusion kiosk –, MWTI strategic partnership for security – Linux certifications

• Conclude the qualification process with the ISO 9000 – 2000 auditor institution
• Continue the introduction process of level 2 CMM
• Consolidate the hardware, software and development services requirements for our clients in a unique solution through the consulters and Wasys software factory
• Inauguration of Wasys INT, destined to attend international projects.
